1. The app
The Duo Smart TV App is a media player for playlists you add yourself. It contains no channels, playlists or other content. You are responsible for using only content you are legally allowed to watch.
2. Trial and licences
Every device gets a free 7-day trial with all features. After that you can buy a 1-year licence (€5) or a lifetime licence (€15) for that device. On Duo Smart Boxes the app is free. A licence is linked to one device at a time and can be moved to another device.
3. Box activation code
Each Duo Smart Box includes one activation code that gives one other device a lifetime licence. The code is linked to one device at a time and can be moved to a new device.
4. Box orders
Duo Smart Boxes are sold through this website. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs and delivery countries are shown before you pay.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, are not affected.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the app and our services running, but we cannot guarantee that they are always available or that every provider or stream works.
7. Misuse
We may block licences that are used for fraud, abuse of our systems or illegal purposes.
8. Trademarks
Samsung, Tizen, LG, webOS, Android, Android TV, Google TV, Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac and macOS are trademarks of their respective owners. DuoSmart is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
