When will my box arrive?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within the EU. You get an email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
We deliver to all 27 EU countries. The shipping cost is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Can I return my box?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@duosmart.tv with your order number and we will tell you how to send it back.
What about warranty?
In the EU you have at least two years of legal guarantee: if your box turns out to be faulty, we repair or replace it. Just contact us.
Are channels included?
No. The Duo Smart TV App is a player: you add your own playlist from a provider of your choice. DuoSmart does not provide or sell any channels or content.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe's secure payment page. The payment methods you see there depend on your country. We never see your card details.
Can I order more boxes for my business?
